|Aftersales service||1. we can send engineer to the buyer for installation, debug, and training to local technicians for the use, maintenance and repair of the machines, but the buyer should afford the round trip air tickets, and local foods, hotel, transportation etc;
2. warranty period is one year；
3. during warranty period if there's problem caused by parts damage, we can send the parts free to replace, if machines cannot be fixed by local technician, we'll send engineer and afford the related costs;
4.when deliver the machine, we can give some free parts to cover possible damage use based on the quantity of order. And we will give one list of suggested parts to be bought by the buyer.
5.if long time cooperationship can be estabilished, like partner or agents, after agreement is signed and 5 units of machines are sold, the buyer can send engineer to our company to receive training for 10-15days, and we'll afford the foods, hotel and transport of our engineer in Hefei.
